1. Agreement

This store is operated by Adenzai. By visiting the store or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We do our best to display product colours and details accurately, but screens vary and plush toys are cut and stuffed to a pattern, so small variations in colour, size and stitching are normal and are not defects. Measurements given are approximate.

4. Age grading and safety

Our plush toys are intended for the age range shown on the product packaging. Please supervise young children at play and remove any tags before giving a toy to a child.

5. Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation has been sent — if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

6. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images and layout, is owned by or licensed to Adenzai and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adenzai is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here when you place an order is the version that applies.
