Before you write
If your message is about an order, please include your order number. It's in your confirmation email and it lets us look everything up in one go instead of trading messages.
What we can help with
- Order status and tracking — tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after dispatch
- Something arrived damaged or wrong — send photos of the item and the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you in full
- Returns — 30 days from delivery, see our Refund Policy
- Changing or cancelling an order — write straight away; we can usually help if it hasn't shipped
- Wholesale, bulk and collaboration enquiries
Response times
Monday to Friday, we reply within one business day. Messages sent over a weekend or a US public holiday are answered the next business day.
