Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Adenzai ships throughout the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us before checking out and we will tell you whether we can ship to your address.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard US delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed; weather, holidays and carrier backlogs can add time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout. Orders over $35 ship free within the United States.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and packages returned to us because of an incorrect address will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email engineerhamayun@gmail.com with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier and make it right.
