Refund & Return Policy

At Adenzai we want you to love what you unbox. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags still attached.

How to start a return

Email engineerhamayun@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. If your return is accepted we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are not refunded. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Items we cannot accept

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, items marked final sale, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items that have been washed, used, or returned without their original packaging.
